Spiritual strength. Can you pull from within, finding new energy, a new drive to go further. Being spiritually strong doesn’t necessarily mean you believe in religion, God, or Allah. Having spiritual strength can be believing in the energy that surrounds us. Many people that live long healthy lives have spiritual strength, faith, beliefs. Prayer and meditation can be utilized to focus our thoughts and our bodies. They can strengthen our minds so we are better capable of performing the task at hand, whatever it may be. This is why spirituality is incorporated into wellness and well-being.
